Winter Waterfowl Event

Organization:

Mergansers, Buffleheads, and Shovelers! Many of us are familiar with the Mallard Duck, but who are these other waterfowl with their funny names? Join Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and Bird Studies Canada to learn all about our winter visitors who come from the north to spend winter in the "warmer" south of Toronto!

Attend a 10 a.m. winter Waterfowl ID Workshop, or if you've got children, come at 11 a.m. for our family-friendly ID workshop! A viewing station will also be set up for all to stop at and marvel at the ducks and their friends.
