The Junction Cares for its Street Trees

The pervasive drought of summer 2016 underscored the need to have a better organized, failproof way to care for our street trees. The loss of so many street trees (27%) from 2015 to 2017 became the driver for Junction Adopt-a-Street-Tree Project. Here is the report written in thanks for Special Project funding. We look forward to continuing the project through the 2018 growing season. To adopt a Junction street tree or volunteer to water orphan trees, contact: junctiontrees@gmail.com
